I am stopped in my tracks by SO MANY elements of "Made For" but the one that has me most mesmerized at the moment is the way the deep deep dark at the center of the painting reads first at shadowed throat but then morphs into what I'm going to call a black hole—an absence, a placeholder for that in us which is not solid, a reminder of how ephemeral we are, of how the "battle" is a false construct. I've got plenty to ponder now! Thank you!

As one that is till carrying "the sword" I wish for wildflowers, poetry, art! Difficult when one feels on "the brink" not only from the outside but internally. I want the battle to be over!

Carol!!! You have no choice but to be a sword-carrier in these times! Sending you all the thoughts of willdflowers, poetry and art. And big hugs, and wishes for an end to all the conflict.
