The teacher said, "your homework is to put something on top of something else in a way that is unexpected or out of the norm. A mash-up, if you will."

with this challenge. But no, my mind went right to Matisse's "Seated Pink Nude" except I saw a moose on a chair. This, sports fans, is why (well, one reason why) I am not a contemporary architect. :)
But I love this moose in all his pink glory. And that he appears to feel quite awkward. Which any of us might be, sitting naked on a chair. Pongo was quite relieved I didn't ask HIM to pose for this.
And so, sports fans, let's distract ourselves from hurricane weather watching with a little moose adorableness:

I see a pink moose calendar with one for every month. Pink moose at Starbucks, Pink Moose in the park. Etc Etc. He's get more to say.

Ha ha! There is a future in moose modeling, I've heard! Gotta love gelli prints. They make everything (even antlers) more fun!
