It is a rare and wonderful instructor who can hold space for many people for a long period of time. And even more so when done over the internet. But Pauline has that special magic. You can bet I'll return for more in the future. This piece was inspired by a long, rocky beach in Ireland, where we stood as the sun was setting - the end of a halcyon day. We watched the sun drop behind the horizon and I felt a longing to start the day all over again. A perfect tribute painting for endings and beginnings.. But there is still a swirling magic here in misty PDX, where a little birdie told me a big announcement will be coming soon. Oooooooooh I can hardly wait!

Always new doors to be opened and new beginnings. Wow, how much depth and movement. Although the night is coming one can feel the new day! I hope to do another workshop after this years marathon with PYHAS. Saving up!

New beginnings beckon! I am tempted to launch myself into another course immediately, but know that I must let this one percolate and play for a bit. But later this year......YES!

There was a time when I used to listen to this genre a lot. Most recently, I have focused on Reggae!

Risa! Reggae is so happy all the time. It is always a good choice. :)

Jen: monochromatic magnificence! Baby Please Don't Go has SUCH power and presence, with its contrasts, boldnesses, texture, spontaneity, movement, and contained energy.
